+Skin products are formulated in Europe to rigorous EU standards and distributed from the United States. All products comply with FDA safety and labeling requirements.

How long do +Skin products last?

Average shelf life is ~12 months unopened and ~6 months after opening. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Can I recycle +Skin packaging?

Yes. Bottles and jars are recyclable; outer packaging is paper-based and biodegradable. Please follow your local recycling guidelines.

How long does production take?

Please allow 3–5 business days for on-demand production before shipping.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and our sustainable model, all +Skin sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

Where do you ship?

Currently within the United States. International shipping will be added in a future phase.

COSMOS Organic is the highest standard under the global COSMOS certification system, governed by Ecocert. To earn this designation, each product must be formulated with a majority of organically grown ingredients and meet strict sustainability, safety, and transparency requirements.At least 95% of the plant-based materials used in COSMOS Organic formulas come from certified organic sources. Every stage, from cultivation to formulation and packaging, is evaluated for environmental impact, ethical sourcing, and ingredient purity.

Not all natural products are created equal. The COSMOS Natural certification, developed by Ecocert, verifies that a product is made primarily with ingredients of natural origin, processed under environmentally responsible and transparent conditions. While COSMOS Natural products may not meet the organic percentage required for COSMOS Organic certification, they still adhere to rigorous standards that exclude parabens, silicones, synthetic dyes, and GMOs.
